PRICES

• The villa is generally let per week, Saturday to Saturday. The prices shown below are for the complete villa for seven nights however we may be able to offer alternative lengths of holiday, or start / finish dates, especially as generally the cheapest flights are available midweek to midweek. Please email us here to enquire.  The price quoted does not include flights or car hire but for a link to some providers of these, please click here.
• If the villa is not booked for either your arrival or departure date then we have some flexibility as to when you can enter and leave the property.  However for back to back bookings, for practical reasons, we will have to adhere to a departure time of 10.30am and an arrival time not before 3pm.
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable upon booking.
• The balance is payable 8 weeks before the arrival date. By making a booking with us you agree to our terms and conditions as detailed on the Terms & Conditions page.
• A damage and key deposit of £100 is charged and is payable with the balance of payment, 8 weeks prior to your arrival.  This will be returned to you after satisfactory inspection of the villa contents within two weeks of the end of your stay.
• A cleaning, laundry, meet and greet charge of €50 is payable locally on arrival. This is to be handed to the housekeeper in exchange for keys and access to the property. Please note if you are arriving or leaving the villa between the hours of 8.00 pm and 8.00 am there will be an additional charge of €10 payable directly to the housekeeper.
• For those staying on a longer break mid-stay laundry changes are available for an additional charge of €30 again by arrangement and payable to the housekeeper on arrival.
