Ciudad Quesada is a beautifully landscaped and carefully crafted
urbanization and our delightful town house is on a new development called Elena. There are wide avenues and
massive roundabouts which all help to make Quesada second to none in
comparison to most of the new developments. There is also a well
developed and buzzing 'high street', within walking distance of the
house, providing all the facilities that
you would expect and there are also
a few bars and restaurants just a 10 minute walk away. |

This luxury town house has 3 large
bedrooms (1 x double and 2 x twin), a large bathroom with corner bath, shower
over
& WC, together with a
downstairs shower & WC. The property is
well equipped with all mod cons such as a washing machine, large
fridge/freezer, microwave, full size oven and hob and has air
conditioning / heating on both floors and ceiling fans in every room, UK satellite TV and
easy access to a
communal swimming pool - 20 yards from the back garden. All linen
and towels are provided, including beach towels. |

You will be greeted by our housekeeper on
arrival who will show you around the house, explain how things work
and will happily answer any questions you may have regarding the area.

taxi transfers to and from the airport, a welcome/hospitality pack for
your arrival and the hire of equipment for babies and children which
would save you having to fly everything over. These can be found

Some of the best golf courses in Spain and lots
of wonderful beaches are to be found only a few minutes drive away, so this is an
ideal villa to rent for a golf or beach holiday. If you would like to

Ciudad Quesada is a beautifully
landscaped development which provides magnificent surroundings for the
whole family. It is situated close to the
main coastal towns of Torrevieja
and Guardamar del Segura and local towns of historic interest such as
Orihuela, Elche, Cartagena and
Rojales. Within
Ciudad Quesada
itself there are many facilities including an Aqua Park, Golf Course and
Social Club with restaurant, live entertainment, bowls and swimming
facilities. There are also numerous Bars, Restaurants, Shops and
Boutiques, including newsagents, supermarkets, hairdressers, banks with
exchange facilities and a medical centre.
For those in search of a night on the
town, Rojales has its own night club that is just a 5 minute car
journey.
